THE BEST RELIGION THAT EVER EXISTED IN THE HISTORY OF MANKIND

In this article I will be letting you know about the best religion that ever existed and still existing in the history of human race .

Firstly, what is the meaning of religion Emile Durkheim defined religion as: "a unified system of beliefs and practices relative to sacred things, i.e., things set apart and forbidden—beliefs and practices which unite in one single moral community called a Church, all those who adhere to them." Religion is the belief which are concern with ones duty to God :(the best/highest teaching)

It is education showing what heaven (what is above (heaven)+show)

It is the teaching about God the supreme being

It does not belong to earth (john 3:31) it is to hear, learn and see what belongs to heaven ( the context must be of heaven john 3:34) For it to be a true religion.

John 3:31-34 He that cometh from above is above all: he that is of the earth is earthly, and speaketh of the earth: he that cometh from heaven is above all.

And what he hath seen and heard, that he testifieth; and no man receiveth his testimony.

He that hath received his testimony hath set to his seal that God is true.

For he whom God hath sent speaketh the words of God: for God giveth not the Spirit by measure unto him.

2022 years ago, true religion was jesus and his twelve disciple, the pastors of Jerusalem saw Jesus as a cult and said Jesus was a demon. The people follow their pastor and persecute Jesus and his disciple to death. Why could believer in God do this??

Gods word :John 17:17 Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth. John 3:34 For he whom God hath sent speaketh the words of God: for God giveth not the Spirit by measure unto him.

Satan word: John 8:44 Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.

ROLE OF RELIGION

In the Western world, they call it “religion.” It means to reconnect, to rejoin. It means to reconnect the lifeline that had been cut.

∴ The role of religion: To reconnect the lifeline that had been cut between God and people

Man’s sin became filled on the earth, thus God — the source of life — left the world. Since then, the lifeline of the people became broken and death came to rule over man.

The reason the relationship between God and people became broken is because of man’s sin

Ex) which would you live in, a dirty room or a clean room?

God was filled with pain and was grieved as He left the earth (Gen 6:5-7). Then, what was that desperate will of God as He left far from the earth, grieving?Re-Ligion

Ligion= connect.

Religion = connect again or reconnect

3 Then the Lord said, “My Spirit will not contend with man forever, for he is mortal; his days will be a hundred and twenty years.”

So God said his spirit could not live with man any more since man sinned and brought death to himself.

God who is life left man. So death ruled over. Which spirit do you thing is with man who sins an dies?

As long as here is sin and death, who is ruling this earth?1 Cor 15:27-28 God wants to become all in all.

In otherwords God wants to come back and reign on this earth

This is God's desperate plan. He left this earth in pain but actually he has been working day and night to make sure that he comes back to his people.

To achieve this man has to be taught so that he may qualify to live with God again. This is the role of religion.

The Reason We Should Know the Scriptures

1. What is a scripture/religious text?

: Books recorded with religious teachings. Christianity has the Bible, Buddhism has the Buddhist scriptures, Islam has the Koran, Confucianism has four books and five classics, etc.

A religion without scriptures cannot be seen as one; it can be understood as a philosophy or thoughts.

2. There are hundreds of different kinds of religion in the world. Among the religious scriptures, some have been recorded with revelation received from the true God, and some from the devil. The reason why the Bible is the best/highest scripture is that only in the Bible the prophecies and fulfillment are found. (A scripture of experience)

3. The reality of Christianity

: there are hundreds of denominations. They all use the Bile but they do not know the meaning — this is the reality of Christianity (just a preparation to take before service).

Take an example: how do churches teach and do about baptism, salvation, children of God, image of God?

<Main point>No other scripture has prophecy and fulfillment besides the Bible. This is the evidence by which we can believe that God is alive, and the evidence that the Bible is true the fact that promises are kept).
